Renewable Energy
We harness the power of the sun to reduce our carbon footprint: our Rustici are equipped with solar panels, which allow us to generate clean, renewable energy, offering a more sustainable and eco-friendly stay.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station
We support eco-friendly mobility by providing electric car charging stations on the residence grounds. This is a convenient service for guests who travel sustainably and want to explore Lake Garda while minimizing their environmental impact.
Local and farm-to-table cuisine
Our restaurant showcases local products through seasonal dishes and locally sourced ingredients. We use fresh ingredients from local producers and reduce transportation-related emissions. We also produce our own extra virgin olive oil, made from olives grown on the estates of Residence San Michele, to offer an authentic and sustainable flavor. We place great emphasis on reducing waste and using resources responsibly.
Eco-Friendly Amenities
All apartments are equipped with eco-friendly personal hygiene products made with natural, biodegradable ingredients that are free of harmful substances. In addition, we use refillable dispensers to reduce the use of single-use plastic, actively contributing to the protection of the environment.
